There's rows and rows of duplicate Ravines side by side.

What I expected to happen was...
Normal underground ravines and normal underground caves.

What actually happened was...:
Rows and rows of duplicate Ravines side by side going throughout the underground.

Steps to Reproduce:
Generate a default world with the seed: 107038380838084
Teleport to x:513 y:70 z:-70
Grab a Night vision Potion to be able to see.
Go into Spectator mode and go down to see the rows of ravines side by side.
