A server I play on ( Supports 1.12, 1.12.1, and 1.12.2 ) has a cosmetic plugin for donors. This plugin allows them to use /glow , which is colored depending on the donor rank they had bought. Pretty neat, but I have the issue where whenever one of these people with /glow turned on ( The glow effect from spectral arrows ) gets near me / my character sees them in its 'eyesight', my screen go black, and the player goes a solid color ( Since the glow is, again, colored ) .
I've tried turning Vbos off and Vsync on. I've tried making sure my fboEnable was indeed enabled, everything I've seen so far that supposedly fixes the issue.
I do use Optifine, and have a few other mods on, all cosmetic, however I do not use shaders. Only a texturepack.
Is there anything else I can do to try to fix this? It's extremely annoying because when people are around with it on, I can't see a thing.
