      The command suggestion displayed in the chat text field and in the suggestion list flashes when you have the mouse cursor above a different suggestion while typing.

      How to reproduce

      1. Type or copy the following 
        /summon
      2. Move your mouse above any suggestion except the first
      3. Start typing minecraft
        → The suggestion flashes, showing the first entry (minecraft:area_effect_cloud) for a short moment before switching to the hovered over suggestion
