Droppers and Dispensers don't always drop / shoot correctly

      Vertical Droppers don't drop items correctly upright.
      Dispensers pointing downwards / horizontal don't shoot rockets downward / horizontally.

      (The glass in the first and second image is symmetrical on all sides.)
