What I expected to happen was...:
I could go back to the title screen and re-enter the server.

What actually happened was...:
Minecraft crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make Minecraft lose memory in a server
2. When disconnected for loss of memory, go to the title screen.
3. The background should be white and Minecraft will crash when you click any button on screen.
