So any time I launch 1.12.2 (latest) and alt-tab, the game just freezes, but the sounds still play if I click around the screen as if I was clicking the buttons. Music still plays and everything, but the game freezes on the main menu and I can't see anything past the menu. It doesn't crash, but just freezes.
