Using a firework no longer boosts elytra flight.
To reproduce:
- Give yourself a firework with /give @p fireworks, or craft a firework with gunpowder and paper.
- Glide with elytra.
- Use the firework. Notice that you do not get boosted; rather, a firework entity is spawned at your location.
