Arrows visually float when shot into a block

      Description

      Arrows don't seem to know where to land. An arrow will jump back to where it was released after being shot from a bow.
      ALSO: Arrows will move a bit after they hit the ground. This might be related to the problem above, and MC-3706. This glitch doesn't seem to occur if the arrow is shot into a block that is far away.

      What I expected to happen: The arrow sticking into the wall when it had stopped moving.
      What actually happened: The arrow either stopped in mid air, or jumped back to where it was released.

      I am very sorry if this is a duplicate. I could not find another report about this problem.
