Cannot launch, returns error in launcher_log.txt

      I was previously able to launch Minecraft, but just yesterday the launcher began to refuse to launch and instead returned this error in the launcher log file:

      I've tried "sfc /scannow" and reinstalling Minecraft. Modded and unmodded versions show the same results.
