Repro steps:
1. Boot the title on Windows.
2. Create a new world (creative or survival)
3. Place few activator rails with a redstone block beneath them.
4. Place a cart on the activator rail

the following occurs: the user will encounter a faulty animation on the cart making impossible to use it.
