Downwards-facing dispensers place shulker boxes upright if a block is beneath the shulker box

      The bug

      Dispensers that place a shulker box let the box face the way they are facing. There's one really annoying and confusing exception: dispenser facing downwards, airgap, block (look attached pictures).
      This shouldn't happen since its completely inconsistent and confusing especially for new players. Since you can't even open the box placed upwards this makes even less sense.
