I threw an Ender Pearl in a Hole with a height of 1 Block under a leaf/ Glowstone

What I expected to happen was...
I would get damage and get pushed out of the block.

What actually happened was...
I got stuck in the block without taking damage (aside from the damage from the Ender Pearl) and I was able to see some cave-systems

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in Survival Mode
2. Set your Graphics to Fast
3. Get some Ender Pearls
4. Teleport yourself under a leaf/ a glowstone (Picture 1)
5. Now you can probably see some cave-systems (Picture 2)
