Unconfirmed
Flying over giant ice sheets (Ice, not packed ice) with water underneath them will occasionally cause them to start rendering strangely on a chunk-by-chunk basis. Flying too close to any chunk in which the rendering has broken will fix it for that chunk.
Continuing to fly in the same direction once the bug has started to occur will cause more and more chunks to visibly glitch.
Steps to reproduce...
- Create a new Superflat world in creative mode
- Set the preset to 3;minecraft:bedrock,20*minecraft:water,minecraft:ice;10
- Enter the game
- Start flying around and looking around until the endless sheet of ice starts rendering strangely (Check screenshots for examples)
