Attempting to breed dogs with raw beef
It worked, but after a second, I "ate" one of the raw beef. It did not regen my food bars, but it did make the burp sound as if I had ate it

1. Start with two dogs and at least three raw beef (might want to check other foods, I did a couple, it seems to only happen with raw beef)
2. Hold on to the beef and breed the dogs
3. Keep holding the beef, and wait a few seconds

That should work, I hope!
