Put the summary of the bug you're having here:
Hoppers will point at a block on its sides (even if its not a chest,dispenser,another hopper, ect.)

What I expected to happen was...:
that the hopper would point down and not at the blocks to the sides of it.

What actually happened was...:
It pointed to the side blocks, and would not allow items to go into the chest below it (like its supposed to, i think atleast).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place block
2. place hopper on a side of the block (top or bottom won't trigger it)
3. place chest underneth
4. walla!
