      Description

      I've only found this bug in 17w13a so far.
      I was walking towards a chunk and it unloaded. After I stepped on this chunk's ground, it's still unloaded and several chunks farer continue unloading. Then one of the farer chunk is loaded but the chunk I'm standing on is still unloaded. Is this a bug?
