What I expected to happen was...:
When a tamed wolf teleports to a player on a grass path, the wolf would be above the block

What actually happened was...:
Instead the wolf would teleport inside the block since the block is transparent, This issue also happens with fences

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure the wolf is standing and a fare distance away from you
2. fly or walk over to some grass path blocks to get the wolf to teleport to you
3. wolf teleports inside of grass path instead of on top
