So I bought Minecraft for the 3rd time and i went into it i updated it and everything got the new launcher and it's very nice so I felt like playing a Minecraft server Hypixel I tried to join at first it said joining i think and then it said logging in and after appeared:Failed to connect to server Internal Exception java.lang.NullPointerExcepton and i was like what is this thing so i tried everything I could unistalling Minecraft but nope and more but still didnt work so i got very mad and then I said ok i am reporting this to Mojang cause i even installed apps i didn't know to make it work because YouTube said to do that but not that great of advice so now i beg you to fix this or tell me how to fix it because i love Minecraft and i want to become a gaming YouTuber for Minecraft so please fix this.
