THIS HAS BEEN ALREADY REPORTED. Let's say we have a setup like the one the one illustrated below. If I put a water bottle in the upper hopper, the water bottle makes its way to the chest right? So do the second and the third bottle. If I put another bottle, a forth one, the bottle gets stuck on the upper hopper, doesn't get in the brewing stand, and never makes its way to the chest.
