In Minecraft 1.11.1 the Mossy Cobblestone and Cobblestone Walls are not 1.5 blocks tall like normal. The blocks are only 1 block tall. They are not acting like fences like they should.
The hit boxes are messed up. You should be above the Cobblestone wall (Like the fence).
