After upgrading to 1.11.1, our zombie spawner farm causes crashes, as a chicken with a zombie on top is spawned, and causing the server to crash instantly.
Only fix is to open the world with MCEdit and delete the entities in the area, then it works again, for a short while, before crashing again, because of the same.
