"ctrl"'s "copy block-data" function does not work for some buttons

i tried to assign the "pick block" function to the button 4 of the mouse and i expected to pick up the block data toghether with the block itself

unless i assign the "pick block" function to the keyboard or to the 3 usual buttons of the mouse it picks up only the id of the block but not his data

Steps to Reproduce:
1. assign the "pick block" function to another button that's not either from the keyboard, the left/right button of the mouse or the "button 3" of the mouse
2. go into a world, place down a block and give it additional data (ex. : inventory, text, commands ecc...)
3. pick it up with "<<assigned button>>" + "ctrl" and verify that not all was copied into the inventory
