Windows 10 Pro, 64 Bit. Java 1.8.0 111 [build 1.8.0_111-b14] 64 Bit.

Unconfirmed
Summary of Issue:
For a few weeks (yes, affects more than just most current, but I've tried everything), I have had unpredictable crashes without any error code. Java just abruptly stops. I've tried to reinstall minecraft, wipe drives not in use (a few have failed prior), reinstall my graphics drivers and change settings and I've been pulling my hair out with this, on just vanilla it crashes.
What I expected to happen was...
I expected no change in minecraft as I did not change anything before it started. It was erratic. However, after attempting to roll back video drivers, NVIDIA gave an OpenGL error which I attempted to correct by updating to the latest driver and changing the power mode to prefer max performance.
What actually happened...
Despite my constant different approaches to this situation, I've gotten absolutely nowhere, so any help at all is better than where I'm currently at. I also have ruled out that it isn't every game, like BeamNG works brilliantly, but minecraft always crashes, even on a fresh install.
Some (possibly) useful information on the profile I use:
I run it with the following java arguments:
-Xmx12G
-Xms2G
-Xmn2048M
-XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC
-XX:+CMSIncrementalMode
-XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy
I also have the executable changed, obviously, to use 64 bit java, and the launcher visibility (even though it's mostly useless) is hide then re-open on close.
I have tried with and without optifine, on different (modern) versions.
*Noting I'm not positive what has been causing it as it has happened on both, the new launcher, and the regular launcher, the most information I can give is that before it crashed, it said, "Error in class 'LibraryLWJGLOpenAL'," if I'm missing something obvious, I apologize, but it's been impossible to play for quite a while and I've tried mostly everything but a clean install of Windows.
