The picture with the pink/black is from 1.11 and the other is from 1.10.2

My issue here is that the texture pack hasn't changed any code or graphic, besides the "pack:3" change.

As you can see the 3D redstone and animated image are both broken...
In 1.10.2 this still works, any solution to fix this?
