When pressing 'use' at the top of a fence post, with nothing in your main hand and torches in your off hand, the torch is not placed. It happens for all fence post types.

Expected behavior:

• Torch is placed.

Actual behavior:

• Main arm swings.

When you press 'f' (swap items in hands) and press use, the torch is placed as expected.

When you instead hold something unusable in your main hand (like food when not hungry), placing torch with your off hand also works.
