Insane cobblestone generator crashed due to a "tick block" bug

What I expected to happen was...:
My 24x24x24 piston-powered cobblestone generator would function using the new Observer blocks and a monostable circut redstone clock

What actually happened was...:
One of the eight generators wasn't functioning properly, causing my game to crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate the mechanism using a string of observer 0-tick bud redstone wires
2. Have 8 cobble generators consisting of 4 internal processors (32 generators total) operate to create 8 sections of 12x12x12 cubes
3. One of the generators malfunctions out of chunks; crash the game.
