When pushing a 2x2 platform of slime blocks upwards with a one tick sticky piston, occasionally upon retraction, three ghost slime blocks will be created. They can block the player but drop nothing when broken in survival mode. As far as I can tell the glitch seems to happen randomly with nothing that I could correlate it to.
