When I try to play online, the game crushes. I paid for the game, and nobody seems to care.

      What actually happened was that the game crushed
      When I press "Multyplayer" in the main menu, the game crushes and I paid for the game, I tried to talk with someone but they told me to look at the bug page, but the bug did not appear there
