The texturepack menu is messed up with weird pictures instead of text.

What I expected to happen was...:
That it just looks normal.

What actually happened was...:
It's messed up with weird pictures.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft with the .jar from 13w09a
2. Go to options.
3. Click on Texture Packs.
