Water doesn't go away when a sign is place on source

    • I have 64 bit java, windows 8, nice computer etc. This shouldn't matter because me and my friends have experienced the bug. They are affected too.

      I expected the mobs to not walk into walls and die, but they did.
      To reproduce just:
      1. Place water
      2. Place sign in source
      3. Watch water magically stay
