When placing water/lava buckets the player can not place them on some block types such as cob webs, signs, open fence gates, ect.

What should happen:
The player can place blocks and water/lava buckets on to cob webs with a direct aim and right click.
The player can place blocks and water/lava buckets on to signs/open fence gates with a direct aim and shift + right click.

What actually happens:
The player is able to place blocks on to cob webs but is unable to place water/lava buckets on to the cob web with a direct aim and right click. Instead the water/lava bucket can be placed through the cob web on to other block surfaces on the other side of it.
Same goes for signs and open fence gates but with shift + right click.
