After relogging, there is a visual bug that causes villagers that are in minecarts to appear not to move from their original position, even if the minecart moves. If the block under the villager is moved, the villager floats in the air. The villager looks around as normal. Relogging again causes the villager to appear in the correct position in the minecart.
