Windows 10, CodecJorbis error

      I tested within multiple type of biodome and also in super flat world. It seem to only crash if there is moving water tiles. Stationary waterblock seem to be fine. I have also tried using different java version but resulting in the same error. I also tried it with minecraft version 1.8 and on but it was the same.
