Buttons can't be placed on the bottom of stairs and slabs

      when attempting to use a button or lever on the bottom of a stair or slab with the stair or slab's flat side facing down the button or lever will not place. If you try to place a button or lever on top of a slab or stair with the flat side facing up a button or lever will be placed.
