On a multiplayer server, when another player approaches (from out of view/another chunk) while mounted to a horse, boat, minecart, or similar, the player does not appear on the rideable entity. The rideable entity appears to move on its own, though it's controlled by the player. If named, only the entity's name is shown. If the other player dismounts nearby they're seen properly, and then they can mount the entity again and are still visible. It seems to only happen if they've changed to the mounted state when in another chunk or outside of viewing distance (not sure which).
Steps to reproduce:
1. one player mounted on a horse, minecart (on a long track), or boat approaches another from out of view/chunk.
2. the second player observes the first player's ridden entity but does not see the player
3. the first player dismounts, and becomes visible. if remounting in front of second player. will remain visible
Expected result:
First player should appear with the entity that they are riding when approaching from afar.
