I was playing on a online server when this custom Speed boots in creative came up, it had different effects like enchantment levels 1000, Unbreakable, +1.5 Speed and colors

*What I expected to happen was a weird out of the map/void glitch when my friend told me about this he said it was a strange white thing whenever you wear it and swim underwater.

I thought I was gonna go outside of the world and die in creative mode because that how my friend described the bug.

What actually happened was a bright light came up into my face it's brighter than everything on Minecraft somehow, it wasn't an entity, neither the brightness level or a texture pack.

What happened was when I dived in the water I saw this very bright light, as the light that is "following" me keeps fading and fading away as I go deep, when i reached bedrock the light faded away I see nothing but darkness and light on the surface above me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You get the speed boots provided in OmegaRealm.com or anywhere with the same enchantments, levels, effects, etc. (I'm not sure if you need the same boots or not)

2. You WEAR it and not just hold it, then it should provide you +1.5 speed (according to the boot's description)

3. You dive in the water that is at least 10 blocks deep then the strange effect should trigger.
