Hi, my name is nick. Recently, when I have been playing minecraft on my Nintendo switch, i will open the software and after about 30 seconds, the entire console freezes and I can do nothing about it until the console auto shuts off after about 20 minutes. I know there is probably an article about this already, but I can't find one. When I opened the software a while back, it said that signing out fixes the problem, but the game won't let me, no matter how many times I try. Please solve thing problem soon, as I have been forced to play nothing but racing games for the past 4 weeks. Thank you 😊
