It has been a whole WEEK and you guys still didn't fix the microsoft error. Every since I updated my switch to 1.16.2, it has been causing so many errors. I know its not only my switch because many other people are having this problem. You guys obviously don't care about switch players, but still Minecraft is a scam. I paid $20 or $30 for minecraft and $20 for online and I am not able to play. Anytime I load into minecraft, it freezes 90% of the time. The other times, it just crashes the switch and I have to reset the whole entire console. I restarted, logged out and into my microsoft account, tried everything EVERYDAY and still, nothing works. When I login it says I am connected to microsoft, but when I play a world, it says "oops your microsoft account is not connected". Then, whenever I want to play servers, the servers dont even load in. When the servers do load in, I try to click one of them, but nothinf works. The switch just freezes again. I am a youtuber and I make money off of minecraft switch version, but now I am not making anything and everyone is angry at me when you guys don't care about us switch players. I tried literally every troubleshooting method I can find, but its still the app that has problems. I wanted to stream minecraft because it was my main game with all of my switch player fans, but it just doesn't work. Summer break is almost finished and I wasted a whole week of not being able to play what I thought was my favorite game. Please fix this and fix the lag on future updates because every update is making the switch version get even worse.
