The text box for both the posting feature and the commenting feature are broken.

If I type a comment under a post, the character count does not change, and the submission box is greyed out.

A similar issue happens with the posting feature, however despite the website reporting 0/1500 characters, it will still allow the user to submit.

This happens on BOTH Microsoft Edge and Chrome.
