Can't redeem 15th anniversary cape

      I go to minecraft.net and click on the redeem cape button, I get an error "Cape could not be redeemed, please try again", and the cape can't be redeemed. I am logged in, I own the game, and the cape is not redeemed.

      This has been going on since May 18th, when I first tried to redeem it.
