hi there,
I have been unable to redeem the 15th anniversary cape; it keeps telling me i need a profile after I have signed in.
I have tried using safari (normal), Safari (private browsing), Microsoft Edge (normal), Microsoft Edge (private browsing), google chrome (normal), and google chrome incognito - I was recommended this as a fix but hasn't solved anything.
Please can you redeem/add the cape to my account?
