The profile page on minecraft.net allows players to change their Java Edition skin and cape. However, the green radio icon shadow/effect for the selected cape looks cut off and is generally not properly aligned.

Zooming in, the bottom part extends a few more pixels, and both the top and bottom sides are cut off. The left and right sides, however, look as expected/intended.

When zooming out, the effect will appear to be cut off on all sides, and sometimes the center circle will not appear centered, depending on the screen resolution.
