Support Tickets going Ghost/Unclosed?

      Recently, I haven't have been able to get my support tickets going through to Mojang support. First of all the CAPTCHA is extremely difficult, second of all, once support tickets are processed into the system, I send in my reply and get no response even after 7+ days.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Submit support ticket

      Provide more in depth explanation of issue and information

      Ticket getting ghosted

      Observed Results:

      I've submitted numerous tickets regarding my account. It's been an ongoing thing since 2022. However, I noticed that now, the tickets aren't being responded to. So this creates more spam for the system regarding me and most likely others having to send in multiple/duplicate tickets when the ones that are already open aren't being assessed. 

      Expected Results:

      Tickets should be handled more thoroughly and with swifter response. If the ticket is closed, then perhaps tell the person who submitted the ticket that the ticket was closed. Just to prevent duplicates/spam in the system

      Notes:

      This issue started to occur this year. I've ran into the problem 2 years ago and got it solved quickly with Corndog, however now, it seems like the tickets are handled by bots. This is a problem as I've had to send in at least 5 tickets per week in order to get my message handled.
