I bought a Minecraft:Java and Bedrock key, followed by that I tried to put the previously purchased key on the official minecraft page, it took me to a Microsoft page giving me the opportunity to put it again, once I put it without any warning, a promotion of an Xbox Game pass subscription

The problem is that I did not receive any message about activating the key, nor did I have the game(s) activated since I went to the official Minecraft launcher and it did not let me enter the game, it only let me access the demo.

I need urgent help, since the key is expensive and it is a gift for a family member.
