Unable to recieve any ticket confirmation emails

      Hi,

      I'm having trouble migrating my mojang account to a microsoft account, but that's not why I'm writing here.

      When I try to use the support form at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us I don't recieve any confirmation email about my ticket. The homepage I'm redirected to shows no sign of me having sent a ticket except for a "Your ticket has been submitted successfully" being displayed for ~150ms. I missed it completely the first ticket I submitted and recorded myself the second time to ensure it wasn't an error.

      It does not inspire confidence in this process and if they've actually recieved my ticket I would suggest that you give people some amount of time to read what's said. And sending emails confirming that the ticket has been recieved is very common for support tickets in my experience. It would remove all doubt.
