When I try to go into the marketplace in minecraft it will say, "We're unable to connect to the marketplace, maybe check your internet connection" and I have turned off my device 3 times and I also have deleted minecraft 2 times and it still won't work and my Wi-Fi is on also it won't let me change my character and it will keep saying reload and now I am not able to add a friend or see the invites my friends give me. But it first started out with I could not see my controllers or see the move buttons or my fly or jump button when I went to one of my cousins worlds.
