I go through the sign in process (successfully) but in the end, after being redirected to the feedback site the sign in button still exists  on the top-right of the screen and I'm prompted to sign in, when I attempt to write some feedback the site (feedback.minecraft.net) redirects me to the Microsoft sign in page.

There is nothing wrong with the Microsoft account I use it in other Microsoft related content so it isn't an account issue.

Update: I know other people can sign in and I've confirmed it isn't an account issue.
