I can't change the cache menu to 4 G's which is what I need to run the mods I use!
the games new program only see 2g of memory regardless that my machine has 12 g of Ram. I am running Win 10 Pro 64 Bit.. but the new launcher does not update and stays at 32 bit. it loads the 64 bit file but because it loads Minecraft at 32 bit and it can't see it and says my changes are incorrect I tried running it at 32 but the cache hits the red constantly and then the game goes to loading and Minecraft becomes unresponsive.. and never finish's Please fix this so I can have my game back! it ran fine until the new launcher installed.I can't change the cache menu to 4 G's which is what I need to run the mods I use! the games new program only see 2g of memory regardless that my machine has 12 g of Ram. Unconfirmed
Win 10 Pro 64 bit
I'm using the current version which minecraft 1.12 which I download for the game, then I install Forge ver 1.12.2-14.23.4.2757 and runs it as forge1.12.2-14.23.4.2757, i general the game always crash now when loading Java 8 181 your version is old btw and not recommended but you force us to use it!, with your new changes.
Secondly the new program you added is already out of date as they are burning new releases to stable at nearly twice a week, a very poor choice to use! considering that Microsoft insists on constantly updating everything rather it is good or bad!
Actually the game only crashed because I used Task Manager to close it down!
