Whenever i go hit 'play' on the Minecraft launcher, it then opens the Mojang screen while loading. After a few seconds, it shows that it is no longer responding and doesn't go past that. I've tried other updates of the game but nothing works. I've re-downloaded and updated Java, and still nothing.  I'm just trying to play but it won't even give me an option for single player or multiplayer. I've let it sit for long periods of time, and nothing happens.
