Right now, the Minecraft Launcher can only launch various versions of Minecraft Java Edition on the platforms that the Launcher can run. However, the launcher can run on Windows 10, which supports the Bedrock version as Minecraft Windows 10 edition.
Since the launcher should be able to launch supported versions of Minecraft, it should be able to launch Minecraft Windows 10 Edition if it is on a machine with Minecraft Windows 10 edition Installed.
